What video formats do you deliver (horizontal or vertical)?

Each project is delivered in the format best suited for its intended platform, whether horizontal or vertical. If you’d like both formats delivered, that can be added for an additional fee.
Are videos optimized for specific platforms?
Yes. Every video is edited with its final platform in mind, including aspect ratio, pacing, captions, and overall style to ensure the best performance on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and websites.
Most projects are delivered within two weeks, depending on project scope and complexity. Rush turnaround options may be available upon request.
What is your typical turnaround time?
Yes. Each project includes a set number of revisions, which will be outlined before production begins. Additional revisions can be added if needed.
Can revisions be requested?
I’m based in Spartanburg and work with clients throughout the Upstate of South Carolina, including Greenville and surrounding areas. I’m also available for travel across South Carolina and Western North Carolina.
What areas do you serve?
Yes. Licensed music is included when appropriate, ensuring your video is safe to use on websites, social media, and other marketing platforms.
